REGARDING COVID-19

Dear Customer,

As we all continue to adjust our lives to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, it is important to us that we ease your concerns about all orders shipping from flyshopping.com. We want to ensure that our carrier, UPS, is closely following the guidance of global health experts as they continue to deliver your packages for us.

Most importantly, experts at both the CDC (U.S. Centers for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is low.

If you placed an order, we will keep you informed if there is any disruption in your delivery. If you have any other concerns about your package or what we are doing to keep you safe, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are qualified for Free Shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends. Orders placed over a weekend are typically processed on the next business day. An order placed by noon EST & 3pm PST is usually processed the same day - 72 hours, though our policy is officially 5 days from receipt of order. 

We offer the following UPS carrier services:

Ground Shipping

Alaska & Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping at this time. 

2nd Day Air shipping: This is available for only clothing items. 


    Free Shipping Promotions:

    On special occasions we will offer Free Shipping. Our free shipping promotions ship UPS Ground in the continental US only. It excludes any shipping cost that exceeds $20. Free Shipping promos can't be combined with any other discount.
